Can I use my eSIM and physical SIM at the same time?

Yes. Most modern phones support Dual SIM (physical SIM + eSIM). You can keep your physical SIM for calls and SMS while using the eSIM for data.

What happens if the QR code doesn't scan?

If the QR code doesn't scan, you can enter the activation details manually. Find the SM-DP+ address and activation code in your order confirmation email, then enter them in Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM > Enter Details Manually.

Do I need Wi-Fi to install an eSIM?

Yes, a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi recommended) is required during the initial eSIM profile download. After installation, the eSIM uses cellular data independently.

Can I reinstall an eSIM if I delete it?

It depends on the plan. Most eSIM profiles can only be installed once. If you accidentally delete your eSIM, contact MyeSIM support with your order number — we can check if a reissue is possible.

Installing on iPhone

Open Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data).
Tap Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan.
Choose Use QR Code.
Scan the QR code provided after your purchase.
Tap Continue and wait for the plan to activate.
Label the plan (e.g., "Travel Data").
Set it as your default data line when you arrive at your destination.
Enable Data Roaming under the new eSIM settings.

Installing on Samsung Galaxy

Open Settings > Connections > SIM Manager.
Tap Add eSIM.
Choose "Scan QR code from service provider".
Scan the QR code and follow the prompts.
Enable the new eSIM for mobile data.
