Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Product — No Physical Shipping

MyeSIM exclusively sells digital eSIM data plans. Our products are delivered electronically — there is no physical SIM card, packaging, or postal shipment involved. As a result, traditional shipping fees, delivery timeframes, and carrier logistics do not apply.

2. Instant Digital Delivery

After a successful payment, your eSIM is delivered instantly through the following methods:

  • QR Code — displayed on your order confirmation page immediately after purchase.
  • Email — a confirmation email containing the QR code and manual activation details is sent to your registered email address.
  • Account Dashboard — your eSIM details are always accessible in your MyeSIM account under "My Orders."

3. Delivery Timeframe

In rare cases, email delivery may be delayed due to your email provider's spam filtering or server load. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or log in to your MyeSIM account to access your eSIM directly.

4. Shipping Cost

$0.00 — Free. Since all MyeSIM products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping or handling fees. The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay.

5. International Delivery

MyeSIM serves customers worldwide. Because our products are digital, there are no geographic restrictions on delivery, no customs duties, and no import taxes. Your eSIM will be delivered to your email and account regardless of your location.

6. Order Processing

Orders are processed automatically 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. There are no business-hour restrictions — you can purchase and receive your eSIM at any time.

7. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues receiving your eSIM after purchase:

  1. Log in to your MyeSIM account and check the "My Orders" section.
  2. Check your email spam/junk folder for the confirmation email.
  3. If the issue persists, contact our support team at support@myesim.com with your order number.

8. No Returns Shipping

As a digital product, eSIM plans do not require return shipping. For refund eligibility and policies, please refer to our Refund Policy.
