MyeSIM ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services.

3. Payment Processing

We do not store your payment card details. All payment transactions are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor that complies with PCI DSS standards, supporting cards, Apple Pay, Link, and Alipay.

4. Email Delivery and Tracking

The email carrying your eSIM QR code is the one thing you cannot do without after paying, so we keep a record of every email we send you: the recipient address, the subject, the rendered content, and what our email provider (Mailjet) later reports about it — whether it was accepted, bounced, rejected, or opened.

  • Why: so that when a confirmation email does not arrive, we can see that it did not arrive and act on it, instead of waiting for you to tell us.
  • Open tracking: emails we send you include a small tracking image. It tells us whether the message was opened. It is unreliable by design of modern mail apps — some fabricate opens, others block the image entirely — and we treat it as a hint, never as proof that you did or did not read something.
  • Retention: the stored copy of the message content is deleted 180 days after it was sent, because it contains a live activation code. The record that the email was sent, and what became of it, is kept with your order history.
  • Access: these records are visible only to our operators. They are not exposed through your account.

5. Data Sharing

We may share your information with:

  • eSIM providers: To fulfill your order and activate your eSIM
  • Email provider: Mailjet, which delivers our order confirmations and account emails and reports their delivery status back to us
  • Payment processors: To process your payments securely
  • Service providers: Who assist in operating our platform
  • Legal authorities: When required by law

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, secure data storage, and access controls to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
